Cancellation Policies

Please be aware of these policies before canceling your appointment!!

All cancellations and rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to the appointment time, Otherwise, we will label your reservation as a NO-SHOW and we won't be able to reschedule.

(It is your responsibility to inform us of any change regarding your appointment  in order for us to accommodate you. We value our client's time and aim to do the best for all)

Disclaimer. If you book an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, we won't be able to reschedule it. Please be responsible when scheduling appointments since you cannot cancel or reschedule a last minute appointments.

Note: It is possible that an exception will be made to come on the same day at a different time only if we have staff available, otherwise your cancellation will be a no show.
