Refund Policies

We accept returns on any physical items (such as firming gel, hot gel, anti-cellulite oil. Not applicable for services) that is unused with all security tags, return labels, seal tags, and labels. This applies to any item sent to us within 15 days of receipt.

You are not eligible for Refund if you buy a service (such as body, facial massages, nails, hair etc) if you you do not come to the appointment or if you do not cancel before 48 hrs of the appointment time. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start first a return, you can contact us at bldspa01@gmail.com and let us know your order number and the reason why you are returning your item. Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. If your return is accepted, we notify you where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact bldspa01@gmail.com for further inquiries.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
